Autopsy of a Poet

During my autopsy, 
after they’ve cut me open, 
the coroner will find 
lines of poetry strewn 
and etched into the tiny fibers 
of my muscles, 
all the way from my head 
down to my toes, 
because all I do 
is live and breathe this life
